It is with deep sadness that we express our profound regret at the sudden passing of Dominic James our Manning Cup Captain.

Our prayers are with his parents and family at this time as well as with his friends.

Condolences have been received thus far from High Commissioner Janice Miller and from the Presidents of the Cornwall College OBA (Ontario) and Kingston OBA (Ontario).

May his soul rest in peace and light perpetual shine upon him.

Regrettably, we have been informed that banker Rodger Anthony Braham, businessman and tennis coach Edward George Smatt and outstanding architect Authur George Lowe have passed on.

Rodger Braham, Class of 1966 was a professional banker for the past 40 years with many professional banking qualifications. At the time of his passing, he was a director of the JMMB Group. He died on May 10 th.
Edward George Smatt, graduated from STGC  in 1969. He played tennis for St. George's College in the time when STGC reined supreme in the sport. He was a businessman man and migrated to the USA where he started Smatt Tennis, an academy in Florida. He died in late April, 2016.

Architect Arthur George Lowe, Alumni of STGC, Class of 1953 passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016.

He designed the Abe Issa Auditorium , the Library, the Remodelled 4 th Form Classroom block and more recently, the Archbishop Burke Building on the STGC Campus.

He was the goalie on the 1953 Manning Cup team and studied architecture at the University of Iowa. He was a prolific designer with one of his last piece of work was the up scale Richmond Estate in Runaway Bay, St. Ann. He was simply outstanding.

May the soul of these alumni and the souls of the faithful departed rest-in-peace.
